Party Made Easy was founded in 1998 by Victoria Julius. Victoria saw the need in the community for better party or event planning. She noticed that parties are often badly planned or badly executed. Having been a youth instructor for many years, Victoria knows what children long to have in their parties. Party Made Easy began as a volunteer project. As time progressed, however, Victoria's unique talent and social skills brought so many people to her doorsteps. The business was born.
